Police appeal to identify Southend thief

Police in Southend are asking the public's help in identifying a man captured on CCTV who they want to speak to regarding a theft.

The man used a trade card not belonging to him, and stole items from the B&Q store in Fossetts Way, Southend.

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact Pc Warren Lamb at Shoebury police station on 101.

I don't think I would buy a CCTV kit from B & Q if that's the best they can do for themselves.
