Investigation launched into Basildon shed fire
A GARDEN fire in Basildon spread to a neighbouring home before it was put out by firefighters.
Crews were called to Buckerills at 1pm to the fire, which had spread to a neighbour’s shed and the exterior of their house.
Firefighters had extinguished the blaze within 20 minutes.
Its cause is unknown and a joint investigation by the fire service and police will take place.
