What do they expect!
They expect theft like this! Good payday for him though. He can sell them on and make a good profit out of it. Good luck to him I say.
Shops budget for things like this by putting prices up and passing it on to other consumers. Insurance companies budgets for this by raising all costs across the board. The government budgets for the costs of this by taxing the population and paying to finance the police, courts and prisons.

How do you budget for it?

This guy is stealing from you, you idiot.

All more of the reason to shoplift then ain't it if the prices go up!
Tell me, were you born this thick or have you worked at it to bring it up to the very apex of thickness?

I have a coffee table with a bigger IQ than yours.

The Bullseye is the Beehive these days and the gaffer don’t tolerate shoplifting skanks plying their knock off in his boozer. Best bet is indeed the Goon on the Square.
