FIRE FIGHTERS have tackled a blaze at two outbuildings tonight after a rubbish fire spread out of control.

The fire, in Brentwood Road, Bulphan involved a pile of trash that covered an area of 10m by 10m shortly before 7pm.

Crews from Orsett and Grays rushed to the blaze, which had spread to two outbuildings measuring 20m by 30m.

It is now under control.
