Can someone please ask the new owners to buy Laindon Shopping Centre. It needs to be demolished and totally rebuilt. Worth a try.

Surprised it went for only £88.6m. Other shopping centres that size have gone for far more. Do they own just the indoor part of the centre? I'd like to see someone get rid of the endless cash-for-gold, pay-day loan shops and betting agents that are a stain on the centre.
