Police helicopter searches for missing man

THE POLICE helicopter was called out to search for a vulnerable missing man.
They were alerted at about 9.50am yesterday morning that he had disappeared.
Officers searched the areas in the Westcliff area where it is believed that he may go.
He was located by police at about midday near the seafront.
He was taken to hospital for an assessment.
