After a five-vehicle crash has brought drivers to a standstill on the Essex-bound carriageway of the M25, drivers have resorted to entertaining themselves.
Drivers heading towards the Dartford tunnels have been held for more than two hours after five vehicles, including two lorries and a mini crashed on the M25.
Luckily everyone made it out before two of the vehicles burst into flames. But the incident took emergency services hours to deal with, leaving motorists stranded on the carriageway well into the evening.
Two mates decided to exit their vehicle and wrap each other in what looks like cling-films.

Others could be seen abandoning their vehicles for the nearest McDonalds as the delays headed into dinner time.

It wasn't just dinner that some people were missing though, as one man took to Twitter to express his devastation at having missed his holiday.
Holiday cancelled due to the crash on the #M25. Absolutely gutted.

We hope Anton manages to find alternative holiday arrangements.
