Senior Thurrock Council officer suspended pending police investigation
A SENIOR Thurrock Council housing officer has been suspended and is subject of an internal investigation for fraud.
The Gazette understands Kathryn Adedeji is being investigated by the council, though it’s not yet known if it relates to matters at the council or personally.
A council spokeswoman said: “Thurrock Council is aware that a member of staff is the subject of an investigation. The officer has been suspended pending the outcome of that investigation. The council will make no further comment at this time.”
