The phasing of the lights at this roundabout are a joke, and seem to Purposely create jams and traffic sitting across exits.....yes it works better without lights.

get rid of the traffic lights, they are not needed and a waste of electricity. the traffic flows way better without them just the same as it did before some muppet decided to take away the roundabout out side victoria station in southend.

In the last day we've had the news of a train being delayed, a flight delayed (written by an apparently drunk reporter) and now a traffic light failure.

Is it at all possible that when I click on the Echo website to read 'news' I get news? You are turning into a p($$ poor travel site.

Three weeks ago there was a report in the Echo about someone being arrested on drugs and firearms charges. It reported that he was to go to trial on Friday 29th August. But low and behold the outcome was never reported, either online or physical copy.

I question the quality of the Echo and ability of the journalists. Stories not followed through but a must-read if you want to know if a bus stop has been painted or a taxi has had a car wash.

Thanks Teresa, but I'll decline your lesson in priorities, thank you, given that your education doesn't seem to have been one of yours.

Is there any chance of either the grammar or spelling being correct? Not asking for both. That may be a leap too far.

Try buying a paper copy. This website, like all newspaper sites only contains a select number of items.
