A MAN is due to appear in court today after having been charged with raping another man in Southend.
Andrezj Kwiatkowski will be at Southend Magistrates Court charged with three counts of rape and two counts of committing a sexual assault.
A 20-year-old man had been walking through Priory Park at 4.30am on Saturday when he was dragged into bushes and sexually assaulted.
Kwiatkowski, 18, of Jones Close, Southend, is also charged with attempted robbery and being in possession of knife in a public place. This relates to a separate offence on a 32-year-old male victim from Southend also on Saturday.
