PINK was the colour for primary school children who participated in an event to raise money for a cancer charity.
The youngsters at Holt Farm Junior School in Rochford dressed up in pink clothes and made cakes based on the theme, which helped to raise £292.95 for the charity Breast Cancer Care.
The Pink Cakes for All event was held to coincide with breast cancer awareness day.
The charity wants every person affected by breast cancer to get the best treatment, support and information.
