DRIVERS faced delays on the A13 this afternoon due to a crash just past Sadlers Farm.
A blue Ford Focus and silver Ford Puma collided close the junction of Bartley Road, Benfleet, at 3.15pm.
The Highways Agency attended the scene to clear an oil spillage from one of the vehicles on the Southend-bound carriageway.
A heavy build-up of traffic was flowing again by 4pm.
The drivers and passengers of both vehicles were assessed by paramedics at the scene but escaped without injuries.
