POLICE are hoping to trace the intended recipients of more than 20 presents found in a car park on Christmas eve.
The gifts, which are all wrapped and have gift tags on them, were found in Pitsea this morning, by a woman who handed them in to Basildon police station, but did not say exactly where they were found.
Now officers are hoping to reunite the presents with their recipients, which are thought to include a baby as one present, which has suffered a slight tear to the wrapping paper, is baby's toy.
