I share David Barratt’s concerns about immigration, but he is wrong about the majority of immigrants coming from within the EU.

The House of Commons library shows that of the jobs created by New Labour, 1,130,000 went to immigrants from outside the EU, and 576,000 went to those from within the EU.
Sir Andrew Green, of Migrationwatch UK, says that in 2008, three-quarters of net immigration came from outside the EU.
