MARSHALS are needed to support the coronavirus vaccination programme in Dovercourt.
Volunteer Essex is looking for marshals to assist with the vaccine roll-out at The Fryatt Hospital, in Dovercourt, from Monday.
To qualify as a marshal you will need to be reasonably fit with no sign of coronavirus, have good communication skills, and be kind as well as patient.
The voluntary roles will include meeting and greeting people on arrival, taking their temperatures and guiding them to the right place for booking in.
Wellbeing volunteers are also needed to staff the post-vaccination room to offer support to people who have just had their jab.
Car park marshals are needed too, to guide people to the correct buildings.
Medical staff will be on hand at all times for volunteer support.
