Remembrance - the flag
THE council raised a special flag to mark Transgender Day of Remembrance.
Thurrock Council is backing the international event with the flag at its offices.
A spokesman for the council said: “We have raised the flag at the Civic Offices in Grays to mark Transgender Day of Remembrance and honour those whose lives have been tragically lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.”
