Large ambulance and police presence spotted outside Westcliff Library
EMERGENCY services have been spotted outside a library.
At least five police cars and two ambulance vehicles have been spotted outside Westcliff Library on London Road this afternoon.
A photo from near the scene also shows a police cordon in place near the library.
Update: Two men have been arrested after a man was attacked near the library.
