THE shopping streets of Leigh are bustling, in happy contrast to the lockdown days.
Most people are sensible about social distancing and considerate to others.
An irritating exception is the joggers who suddenly come panting past you, sometimes in pairs, giving you no chance to move aside.
Can’t they run in back roads or parks instead of main streets?
