Three separate groups of travellers on the same field have been ordered to leave the park.
The Great Wakering recreation ground has seen three groups of travellers arrive in recent days, but now every group has been given a direction to leave notice.
The first group of nine caravans, have been served a court order to vacate the site by 11:30am today.
The second group of four caravans have been served a court summons, and are due to attend court this Thursday.
The final group of five caravans, which arrived on Sunday, have also been told to remove their vehicles from the recreation ground.

Rochford Council has said it is working with Essex Police and the Essex Traveller Unit.
A spokesman said: "Rochford District Council is continuing to liaise with its partners in relation to a traveller encampment at Great Wakering Recreation Ground.
"Each group have been served a ‘direction to leave’ notice, but are at different stages of the eviction process, due to the different timings of when they arrived on site.
"Due process in as far as practicable has been followed in regard to this encampment."
