ARMED masked men got away with a Rolex worth tens of thousands of pounds and a sports car after a terrifying daytime raid.
The pair knocked at the house in Cressing Road, Witham, at 3pm on Saturday and forced their way in.
The men, who were described as being black, threatened a woman with a knife before searching the bedrooms.
They made off with one Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch worth a four-figure sum and a black Audi A1 Sport.
Fortunately, the woman was not hurt but she was left shaken by the incident.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "We would urge anyone with information, CCTV or dash cam footage to call Braintree CID on 101 quoting incident 861 of 27/06.
Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
