You will need to have proof with you that you are a Buckinghamshire resident in order to be able to use the centre.

The council have said: "It's likely that the centre will initially be very busy, so do check the Bucks Council web site for updated waiting times before you set out. "

There will be traffic management in place around the site to ensure that residents can access the site safely with minimum disruption to the nearby roads.

Bucks Council will be publishing guidance on this shortly.
