A street brawl spilled into a food shop, damaging displays and injuring men.
The fight took place at around 12.30pm on Sunday, 26 January, outside the Co-Operative Food Store, in High Street, Stanford-le-Hope.
The store was forced to close after the fight.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We received information about a fight involving a group of people outside the store, which ended up inside the building with items damaged.
"We believe the store was closed for a short period following the incident.
"Two men reported being assaulted but did not require further treatment."
