SOUTHEND United boss Sol Campbell is seeking more fond memories at Fratton Park tonight.
The Shrimpers chief spent three seasons playing in the Premier League for Portsmouth and skippered them to FA Cup glory in 2008.
And Campbell is keen to make tonight’s League One clash another match to remember as he bids to secure his first win in charge of Southend.
“Portsmouth is a fantastic club with great fans and I’m looking forward to going back,” said Campbell, who made 111 appearances for the Hampshire outfit.
“I won the FA Cup with them and have some good memories there but it would be great to get the win there.
“Any win would be great for us right now but we have to earn it.”
