Alex Jakubiak has joined Gillingham on loan for the upcoming season.
The 22-year-old was a target for Bristol Rovers where he spent the previous campaign, but has now instead joined the Gills.
The forward scored five goals in 44 appearances last season with the Gas and now will look to build on that progress with a different League One side.
He has made just one Hornets' appearance during his time with the club and has spent time on loan at Braintree, Oxford United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Fleetwood, Wycombe Wanderers and Falkirk since signing his pro contract at Vicarage Road.
The move to Gillingham will be his ninth loan away from Watford.
