The A167 was closed from the junction at Central Avenue following a four-vehicle crash
A ROAD was partially blocked following a four-vehicle crash in Newton Aycliffe.
The crash happened on the A167 between the junction with Central Avenue and the Rushyford roundabout.
The incident is the fourth in as many days in Newton Aycliffe, three of which have happened on the A167.

It led to delays on the surrounding roads, as far as the A1.
Police and firefighters were called to the scene.
It is not yet known if there are any injuries.
