Flashback - Blues beat Brighton's youngsters back in August 2016
BRIGHTON & Hove Albion's under 21 team have been added to Southend United's group in the EFL Trophy.
Blues had already been drawn alongside Leyton Orient and AFC Wimbledon but Seagulls will now complete the group.
The Shrimpers also faced Brighton's youngsters back in August 2016 when goals from Harry Kyprianou and David Mooney saw them win 2-0 at Roots Hall.
Blues will travel to Orient during the week commencing September 2 before hosting Brighton during the week of October 7.
AFC Wimbledon will visit Roots Hall the week commencing November 11.
