TRAIN passengers are also set to face disruption this weekend.

On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, no trains will run to or from London Fenchurch Street.

Some trains will be diverted to London Liverpool Street.

According to a warning published by Network Rail, c2c train services on the London Fenchurch Street-Ockendon-Southend Central line will only run between Upminster and Grays.

Services from London Fenchurch Street to Rainham and Grays services have also been cancelled.

Buses will run between Barking and Grays via Rainham.

Ticket acceptance is in place with the following operators; London Underground District Line between Tower Hill and Upminster, London Underground Jubilee Line between West Ham and Stratford and Docklands Light Railway between Tower Gateway and Stratford.

There will be further disruption over the second May Day bank holiday.

The branch line between Southend Victoria and Wickford will shut completely from May 25 to June 2.

The closure is part of a £46million project to replace the entire overhead wiring system and structures on the railway between Southend Victoria and Shenfield.

In addition, c2c services will not run to or from London Liverpool Street.

Trains will be diverted to start and terminate at London Fenchurch Street, calling additionally at West Ham.

Customers may use their tickets on selected TFL routes during the closures.
