FOR years now, people have been paying for a TV licence they don't need.
It is really a BBC licence.
Other channels are free to air, so why do we have to pay so much for the privilege of receiving BBC?
Why can't the BBC be a subscription service, like Sky? If you want to continue to view Strictly, you can pay the fee.
The BBC is even thinking of charging the over 75's, who currently don't have to pay, to increase its revenue.
