WICKFORD AND RAYLEIGH MP, Mark Francois, officially opened Blackshaw Casting Associates (BCA) Dance Academy for pupils.
BCA Dance Academy is a dance school run by Harriette Blackshaw, 25, from Rayleigh.
During the opening, Mark Francois was shown a variety of routines performed by the pupils. They had been working on these routines for the last few weeks and Mark was amazed at the level of performance from them.
The academy was opened officially by Mark on September 15th.
Classes for the academy take place at the Pope John Paul II Hall in Rayleigh. Various lessons take place across the week, with pupils ranging from the age of 3 to 18 years. Adult Ballet and Tap classes are also available at the school.
Classes are run by qualified teachers, ranging from exam, show and competition.
The Academy welcome anyone who wishes to attend a free lesson, to come along.
