Police are appealing for information after a delivery driver was grabbed from behind, tied up and robbed in Rayleigh.

The victim, aged in his 20s, parked up in Daws Heath Road at around 9am on Tuesday, November 6, and got out of his vehicle.

Two men then grabbed him, dragged him back into his van and then bound his wrists and ankles.

They then punched him in the face, stole items and drove off in what has been described as a white lorry that was parked nearby.
