There are queues of more than 30 minutes on the M25 due to a broken down lorry.
Two lanes of the clockwise carriageway between J27 and J28 are currently closed for recovery.
This is causing severe problems with delays of 30 minutes to get passed the incident.
Recovery vehicles are en route.
Update 3.30pm
The lorry is still blocking two lanes.
There are now delays of 56 minutes.
#M25 clockwise at J28 (#A12 #BrookStreet). Traffic released and 2 lanes (of 4) open. 2 lanes remain closed due to a broken down fully laden HGV which cannot be moved due to a gearbox fault preventing its wheels rolling. Heavy recovery arranged and en-route. Allow extra time. pic.twitter.com/8udx3ahErq
