Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications: Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building The Bank House 10 Station Road Southminster - Demolish part of single storey rear projection, erect first floor extension and convert existing ground floor unit to form four residential units.
