Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butters Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Toby Carvery Southend,The Bell Hotel, Prince Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 6RL applied to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The pro­posed variation is to: I .Vary the layout of the premises in accor­dance with die plans submitted by the applicant; 2.1b update the CCTV conditions under annex 2 of the premises licence; and 3.To update the numbering of condi­tions referring to die external area of the premises, which have been changed as a result of pre­vious applications. All Ikensable activities and timings for those activities are to remain as exist­ing. Full details can be viewed on the application form lodged with the Licensing Authority. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13), Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS2 6ZG no later than 13 December 2018 stating die grounds for representation. The register of Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and the record of trie application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council^ website - www.southend.gov.uk \t a an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
