The Essex County Council Footpath 19, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 19, Earls Colne, in the District of Braintree from its junction with Footpath 20, Earls Colne, in a generally north westerly direction for a distance of 575 metres to its junction with the access footpath to Hillie Bunnies. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30 July 2018 for 6 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electricity connection works associated with the residential development are undertaken by UKPN.

The alternative route will be via: Footpath 20, Earls Colne, A1124 High Street footway, Queens Road footway, Hillie Bunnies footway, Footpath 19, Earls Colne and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30 July 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lucking Street for a distance of approximately 50m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034796853 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of new electricity supply for customer work is undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Lucking Street, Monks Lodge Road, Great Maplestead Road, Sudbury Road, Hedingham Road, Moat Street, Little Maplestead Road, Gestingthorpe Road, Oak Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd August 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lucking Street, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lucking Street, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Toldish Hall Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th August 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit

(EC30034796534 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled

dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installing a new electricity supply works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Toldish Hall Road, Church Road, Oak Road, Gestingthorpe Road, Little Maplestead Road, Hedingham Road, Sudbury Road, Great Maplestead Road, Monks Lodge Road, Lucking Street and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 20th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pebmarsh Road, Colne Engaine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pebmarsh Road, Colne Engaine in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Brickhouse Road to its junction with Rectory Road, a distance of approximately 825m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2251786 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Pebmarsh Road, Church Street, Station Road, Halstead Road, Stonebridge Hill, Parley Beams, Colchester Road, Head Street, Sudbury Road, Pebmarsh Road, Byndes Corner, Colne Road, Pebmarsh Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Burtons Green Road, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Burtons Green Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Parley Beams Road a distance of approximately 583m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2245991 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while jetting of drainage system works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Crocklands, Crocklands Corner, Parley Beams Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hill House Road, Pebmarsh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hill House Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 75m north of its junction with Garlands Lane for a distance of approximately 230m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2018 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WSEP00IBR7U3ND02 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via The Street, Clay Hills, Levitts Corner, Colne Road, Pebmarsh Road, The Green, Green Farm Road, Overhall Hill, Cricks Road, Hill House Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd August 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
