Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Morley Skips Ltd for the demolition of three existing buildings and the construction of a replacement steel framed building for use in association with the skip hire and waste activities permitted at Park Farm, Park Lane, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, CM9 8HB -ESS/18/18/MAL

Consultation on this application is open until 2 August 2018.

(Footpath 2, Mundon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 2, Mundon in the District of Maldon from its junction with Footpath 7 for a distance of approximately 2646 metres to its junction with Footpath 10.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2018 for 12 weeks or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repairs to flood defences are undertaken to bring them up to the required standards.
The alternative route will be via: Footpath 7 west to the junction with Footpath 5, north east to its junction with Footpath 10, east towards Brick House Farm, Footpath 2 and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th July 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 12th July 2018

(Walton Hall Lane, Purleigh & Mill Hill, Purleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Walton Hall Lane, Purleigh and Mill Hill, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Howe Green Road to its junction with Lodge Lane, a distance of approximately 1189m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2018 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013185258 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via The Glebe, Pump Lane, Chelmsford Road, Lodge Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Steeple Road, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Steeple Road, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mayland Close for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000712578 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay a new gas service works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.
An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Burnham Road - B1018, Green Lane, Grange Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Western Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Western Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 50m east of its junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 70m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2253104 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Western Road, Station Road, Queens Road, Albert Road, Western Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
