Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 14 November 2018
Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Footpath 1B, 11, 14,19, Byway 8, 13, 16, 30 and Bridleway 17, 28, Foulness in the District of Rochford as specified: Benfleet Way, Benfleet From Junc Vicarage Hill to Junc Shipwrights Drive -a distance of approximately 507m From Junc High Road to Junc Essex Way - a distance of approximately 1105m Benfleet Way, A13 Kiln Road, A13 London Road, B1006 High Road and vice versa Benfleet Way, A13 Kiln Road, A13 London Road, B1006 High Road and vice versa Vicarage Hill, Benfleet

(Rectory Road, Hawkwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ironwell Lane for a distance of approximately 232m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W08JULEAKCD15721 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling for new customer connection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Hall Road, Ashingdon Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Deerhurst, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Deerhurst, Thundersley in the District of Castle Point, from its junction with Rayleigh Road for a distance of approximately 46m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th July 2018 for 1 day followed by 15th July 2018 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBTGCTCV05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on http://www.roadworks.org/. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct and cable works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Common Lane, Rayleigh Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(North Street, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of North Street, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ship Lane to its junction with West Street, a distance of approximately 45m.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction on North Street, Rochford as detailed in 'The County Council of Essex (Various Streets, Rochford) (One Way) Order 1968, for HGV's only for the duration of the closure.

The closure/suspension is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142961636 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on http://www.roadworks.org/. The closure/suspension is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection of existing supply and rectifying sunken Are hydrant frame and cover works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route for non HGV's is available via West Street, Bradley Way, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, North
Street, Weir Pond Road, East Street, Old Ship Lane.
The Order will come into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Description
From its junction with Byway 8 (Fisherman's Head) to Shelford Head. From White City to Fisherman's Head.
From its junction with Footpath 25 to its junction with Bridleway 28 (The Broomway).
From Churchend to its junction with Bridleway 28 (The Broomway). From its junction with Byway 13 to its junction with Byway 16 From its junction with Byway 13 to the Spine Road.
From its junction with Bridleway 28 to its junction with Byway 30. From Shelford Head to its junction with Byway 16.
From its junction with Byway 8 (Fisherman's Head) to its junction with Byway 16.
From its junction with Byway 16 to Wakering Stairs.
The closures commenced on 1 February 2018 and are required for the safety of the public during the MOD Shoeburyness Range operations. Closures will also commence under MOD Byelaws and will be as signed on site.

(Various Roads, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 21st June 2018, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
