Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Footpath 1B, 11, 14, 19, Byway 8, 13, 16, 30 and Bridleway 17, 28, Foulness in the District of Rochford as specified:
Footpath Description

Footpath 1B, Foulness From its junction with Byway 8 (Fisherman's Head) to Shelford Head.
Byway 8, Foulness From White City to Fisherman's Head.

Footpath 11, Foulness From its junction with Footpath 25 to its junction with
Bridleway 28 (The Broomway). Byway 13, Foulness From Churchend to its junction with Bridleway 28

(The Broomway).
Footpath 14, Foulness From its junction with Byway 13 to its junction with Byway 16 Bridleway 17, Foulness From its junction with Byway 13 to the Spine Road. Byway 16, Foulness From its junction with Bridleway 28 to its junction with Byway 30.

Footpath 19, Foulness From Shelford Head to its junction with Byway 16. Bridleway 28, Foulness From its junction with Byway 8 (Fisherman's Head) to its junction with Byway 16.
Byway 30, Foulness From its junction with Byway 16 to Wakering Stairs.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 1 February 2018 for 9 weeks or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required for the safety of the public during the MOD Shoeburyness Range operations. Closures will also commence under MOD Byelaws and will be as signed on site.
The Order will come into effect on 1 February 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the operations are finished, whichever is the earlier

(Lark Hill Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lark Hill Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Pudsey Hall Lane, for a distance of approximately 140m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000654484 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.
An alternative route is available via Scotts Hall Road, Apton Hall Road, Brays Lane, Ashingdon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Castledon Road, Wickford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Castledon Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Kingley Drive for a distance approximately 100m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd January 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034780228 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Sudbury Road, Brock Hill, Swan Lane, Runwell Road, Runwell Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road, Castledon Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 11th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(B148 West Mayne Dedicated Right Turn Slips, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily prohibit vehicles from making a right hand turn on B148 West Mayne in the Borough of Basildon as follows:-
B148 West Mayne southbound dedicated right slip - from B148 West Mayne southbound into Lower Dunton Road.
Alternative route - B148 West Mayne southbound, Buxton Link/Mandeville Way roundabout, B148 West Mayne northbound, Lower Dunton Road.
B148 West Mayne northbound dedicated right slip - from B148 West Mayne northbound into Ford access road.
Alternative route - B148 West Mayne northbound, B148 West Mayne/A127 roundabout, Dunton Technical Centre Road.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 16th January 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2239000 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while VRS repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
The Order came into effect on 11th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
