(Footpath 12, Althorne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 12, Althorne in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Althorne Footpath 7, heading east for a distance of approximately 1300 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th August 2017 for 22 weeks or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repair works on the flood defences along the north bank of the river Crouch is undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Althorne footpath 7 to Hill Farm, Althorne Footpath 8 to B1010, B1010 to Ferry Road, Ferry Road to Burnham on Crouch Footpath 7.

The Order will come into effect on 15th August 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chigborough Road, Heybridge/ Great & Little Totham) (Temporary One Way Restriction) (No.2) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily impose a one way restriction on the following length of Chigborough Road, Heybridge/Great & Little Totham in the District of Maldon:

Chigborough From its junction with B1026 north Road, Heybridge/ Goldhanger Road, north to its Great & Little junction with Scraley Road. Totham

The temporary one way restriction is scheduled to commence on 12 August 2017 for 2 days between the hours of 07:00h and 19:00h or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for safety of the public and to ease traffic congestion while the Essex Historic Military event takes place. The alternative route for southbound traffic will be via Scraley Road, Colchester Road, B1026 Goldhanger Road.

The Order will come into effect on 12 August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hop Garden Lane, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hop Garden Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Curling Tye Lane to its junction with Manor road, a distance of approximately 738 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th August 2017 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142865184 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new service connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Hoe Mill Road, Manor Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
