(Footpath 31, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 31, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Footpath 12, generally east for a distance of approximately 4612 metres to its junction with Footpath 87, Southend at the border of the District of Southend. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7 August 2017 to 18 September 2017 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ground investigation works are undertaken by the Environment Agency

The alternative route will be via Footpath 87, Southend on Sea, unnamed road to Belton Way East, unnamed road to join Footpath 88, Footpath, 98, Benfleet, Footpath61, Benfleet, Bridleway 60, Benfleet, Footpath 1, Benfleet and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 7 August 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Liz Burr, Head of Network Management, County Hall, Chelmsford

(North Street, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Street, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Weir Pond Road to its junction with Pollards Close, a distance of approximately 159 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th August 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2228447 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road marking works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Weir Pond Road, East Street, South Street, Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, North Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Dorothy Gardens, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dorothy Gardens, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 55m from its junction with Bradley Link, for a distance of approximately 22m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000614232 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Kenneth Road, Bradley Close, Bradley Link and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Endway, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One-Way) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Endway, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point from a point approximately 73m from its junction with High Street, for a distance of approximately 26m in a southerly direction.



2. To temporarily suspend the One-Way restriction on Endway, Benfleet, as detailed in "The Borough of Castle Point (Various Roads, Castle Point) (One-Way Traffic, Prohibition of Turning, Movements, and Prohibition of Driving) Consolidation Order, 2004".



The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD038SEW-10878-LINE-08A - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while sewer relining works are undertaken by Anglian Water

An alternative route is available via High Street, London Road, Castle Lane and vice versa

The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or

until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Commonhall Lane, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Commonhall Lane, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Hall Crescent, for a distance of approximately 22m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000614298 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via Hall Crescent, London Road, New Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier Dated: 03/08/2017
