Essex County Council (Footpath 1B, 11,14, 19, Byway 8,13, 16, 30 and Bridleway 17, 28, Foulness) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: to temporarily close that length of Footpath 1B, 11, 14,19, Byway 8, 13, 16, 30 and Bridleway 17, 28, Foulness in the District of Rochford as specified:
Footpath Description Footpath 1B, From its junction with Byway 8 Foulness (Fisherman's Head) to Shelford Head. Byway 8, From White City to Fisherman's Head. Foulness Footpath 11, From its junction with Footpath 25 to Foulness its junction with Bridleway 28 (The Broomway). Byway 13, From Churchend to its junction with Foulness Bridleway 28 (The Broomway). Footpath 14, From its junction with Byway 13 to its Foulness junction with Byway 16 Bridleway From its junction with Byway 13 to the 17, Foulness Spine Road. Byway 16, From its junction with Bridleway 28 to its Foulness junction with Byway 30. Footpath 19, From Shelford Head to its junction with Foulness Byway 16. Bridleway From its junction with Byway 8 28, Foulness (Fisherman's Head) to its junction with Byway 16. Byway 30, From its junction with Byway 16 to Foulness Wakering Stairs.

The closures are scheduled to commence overnight between 5 June 2017 and 6 October 2017 between the hours of 18:00h and 07:00h or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and are required for the safety of the public and workforce while trials are undertaken on the MOD Shoeburyness Range. Closures will also commence under MOD Byelaws and will be as signed on site. The Order will come into effect on 5 June 2017 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Road, Hawkwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 160m Northeast of its junction with Thorpe Road, for a distance of approximately 68 m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th July 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034768821 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical service works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, Hall Road, Hall Road Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Waxwell Road, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Waxwell Road, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hillcrest Avenue for a distance approximately 20 m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0071000591679 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new domestic service works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution. An alternative route is available via Ferry Road, Oakleigh Avenue, Hillcrest Avenue, Coventry Hill, Crouch Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 17th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Beeches Road, Rawreth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beeches Road, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Watery Lane for a distance of approximately 280 m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd August 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CC1W000000IBB7DHPJ1 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing damaged telephone pole works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Beeches Road, Chelmsford Road, Rawreth Lane, Hullbridge Road, Watery Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd August 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Little Wakering Road, Little Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Wakering Road, Little Wakering in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 20 m from its junction with Kimberley Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd June 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO53292734 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing man hole frame and cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Southend Road, Silchester Corner, Silchester Corner Roundabout, Barling Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hullbridge Road, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford from 10m either side of railway crossing, a distance approximately 50 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL164WIS-34-08-180617 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track fault repairs works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Fen Roundabout, Ferrers Road, Inchbonnie Road, Clements Green Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Wheatley Chase, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 30 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2224532 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while planing and resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via London Road, Hatfield Road, Bardfield Way, Little Wheatley Chase and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 15th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
