Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna and Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 120m east of the junction with Barling Road for a distance of approximately 1410m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence after 18th July 2019, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Barrow Hall Road, Little Wakering Road, Southend Road, Silchester Corner, Silchester Corner Roundabout, Barling Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Anchor Lane, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Anchor Lane, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Scotts Hall Road for a distance of approximately 130m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2019 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003422 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway surfacing and marking works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Street Lambourne Hall Road Creeksea Ferry Road, Gore Road, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Beeches Road, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beeches Road, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hullbridge Road for a distance of approximately 1220m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th and 14th July 2019 and again on 20th July and 21st July 2019 for 2 weekends, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W0000IBYWF3VC2/1 - BT). An alternative route is available via Hullbridge Road, Rawreth Lane, Chelmsford Road, Beeches Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mountnessing Road, Mountnessing and Mountnessing Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mountnessing Road, Mountnessing and Mountnessing Road, Billericay in the Boroughs of Brentwood and Basildon, from the junction with Old Church Road for a distance of approximately 450m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th July 2019 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000844852 -Cadent). . The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Mountnessing Road, Perry Street, Radford Way, London Road, Rayleigh Road, Hutton Village, Wash Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.10) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 18th July 2019 exact dates will be specified on

. org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
