JESSICA Judd has won bronze in the European Cross Country Championships.
Judd, who hails from Canvey Island, finished with a time of 20 minutes and 45 seconds to secure third place in the under-23 women's race.
The athlete travelled to Samorin, Slovakia, after being called up by Great Britain thanks to an impressive year of performances.
And Judd crossed the finish line just 23 seconds adrift of frontrunner Alina Reh, of Germany.
Fellow Brits Amy-Eloise Neale and Amy Griffiths took fourth and fifth respectively.
