TALENTED Basildon AC youngster Kiera Bainsfair won two medals at the England Indoor Championships as her fine form continued.
The 14-year-old all-rounder has really kicked on this winter and she showed how far she has come at Sheffield’s English Institute of Sport by picking up a silver medal in the under-15 girls high jump and a bronze in the 60m hurdles.
Bainsfair cleared a new personal best (PB) of 1.59m to finish second in the high jump and then ran 9.22s to win a bronze medal in the 60m hurdles.
