Search on for Leigh Champagne thieves

The search for two men who took more than £400 worth of champagne from a shop is still going.

Crooks took the bottles from the Co-op in Rayleigh Road, Leigh, on May 14 and 15.

On the first day at about 7.40pm, the men took £304 worth of bubbly before stealing another £113 worth at about 4.30pm the next day.

CCTV images of the pair wanted by police have been released.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the men should contact Pc Joanne Andrews at Leigh police station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
