Appeal after Shoebury shop arson

AN arson attack on a Shoebury tattoo parlour which caused £25,000 damage has sparked a police appeal.
Fire crews were called to Brothers Ink in West Road, at 5am on Friday, February 5.
Police discovered the premises had been broken into and torched, causing the evacuation of four nearby flats.
