Harcourt Ave is a fairly quiet street, so normally easy to drive or cycle along, but facts are that some of these car drivers are just reckless and don`t care, often distracted on their mobiles as l have seen many times.
l`m glad they`ve already been caught and hope they are dealt with adequately by the courts.

Thanks Eric, the negative votes are from persons who do not know the meaning of the word sense, and very likely guilty of similar behaviour themselves !!
