Man charged over fatal road traffic collision in Rayleigh
A MAN has been charged in connection with a fatal road traffic collision which took place in Rayleigh.
Nathan Murray, 38, of Cokefield Avenue, Southend, was charged with causing the death of Keith Whittaker by careless driving.
Mr Whittaker, aged 79, died in hospital on Friday July 5.
The collision had taken place in Eastwood Road on July 1.
Murray has been bailed to appear before Southend Magistrates Court on Friday January 3, 2014.
