Temporary road closures on A127 in Southend

DRIVERS travelling in and out of Southend on the A127 on Friday night will face disruption due to road works.
The junction of Prince Avenue and Hobleythick Lane will be temporarily closed whilst carriageway resurfacing is underway.
The work is scheduled to take place from 8pm on Friday until 6am on Saturday.
During this time only emergency vehicles will be able to enter the A127 westbound from Victoria Avenue or Hobleythick Lane, enter Hobleythick Lane from the A127 or stop in Hobleythick Lane.
Alternative routes will be sign-posted, and access for residents will be maintained.
