Former Southend La Tasca restaurant to let
4:00pm Thursday 18th October 2012 in Echo News
A PRIME retail spot in Southend town centre is up for rent.
The former La Tasca restaurant in London Road, near to the Odeon cinema closed two years ago.
It is in a popular area dominated by restaurants due to its proximity to the cinema and High Street shops.
The property is on the market with rent of £120,000 a year. Colliers International has been appointed to re-let the former La Tasca restaurants in Plymouth and Southend.
The units were handed back at the end of last month following the approval of La Tasca’s Company Voluntary Agreement.

Most of the empty shops in Southend are owned by Londoners who seem happy to leave their premises empty,if leases were reasonable then shops would reappear.
Perhaps the empty premises are a Tax avoidence/loss/fiddl

£10,000 pcm rent? Good luck with that.
Greed. That is all it is.
