is there any truth in the rumour that The Council will be unveiling a statue of Tony Ball, depicting him with a tray of pies on one shoulder, a slab of beers under the other arm and with his foot crushing a caravan on the anniiverary?

I believe Essex Police will be taking a fresh look at the matter of malicious communications sent to Cllr. Ball following fresh information provided by readers of the Echo on-line.
